Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crafted Lettuce Co. We want every order to be a great experience. Our products are crafted on demand, and many are fully customized to your preferences. Please review our policy below.

1. Customized Products (No Refunds or Returns)

Customized and personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

This applies to all items for which:

  • You have selected or created a custom design, name, text, color, or artwork
  • A design mockup or preview was shared and approved by you before printing
  • The product was created specifically for your individual order

Customized items are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold, so all custom orders are final and non-refundable.

Exception:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect customized item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

2. Non-Custom Products (Eligible for Return)

For standard (non-custom) items, you may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund if replacement is not possible

This applies to both custom and non-custom products.

4. Return & Refund Process

with:

  • Your order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 48 hours.

If your request is approved, we will arrange pickup or share further steps.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design work or production has started.
